What's going on
I am happy to say that Palm Springs has finally made the decision to allow two dispensaries, "Cannahelp" and "Desert Organic Solutions" to finally be granted city licenses to provide Medical Marijuana to patients within the county... Unfortunately the unincorporated areas along with several cities have morotoriums still in place but at least the process is moving along. In Riverside, the collective is going well and is growing rapidly... As I update this I have the good fortune of being in the company of some great folks at Denis Peron's home in San Francisco until tomorrow....
New Year's Eve Party-Medicating to be allowed for patients!
I have received calls and emails from folks wanting to come to the New Year's Eve Party at the
THCF Medical Clinic and Patient Center who are medical marijuana patients, but want to bring
their spouse or friend or hot date to the party who are not patients. They also point out the
need for designated drivers. Well yeah - it's New Year's Eve.
I spoke with an attorney about using wrist bands like bars do when they allow underage patrons
on the premises. The attorney thought that it was a good way to solve the quandary so if you are
